About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and operational partner to the CRO and GTM leadership
- Own key workstreams in the annual planning process, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
- Develop and manage the GTM Operations roadmap to maximize sales productivity and customer retention
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end GTM processes to drive efficiency across the customer lifecycle
- Lead Sales, Partner, XDR, and Customer Success Operations teams
- Partner with Finance to manage the forecasting process with rigor and accuracy
- Establish and monitor key GTM metrics and dashboards for the executive team
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class GTM Operations organization
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales, GTM, or Business Operations within B2B SaaS
- 5+ years of experience leading large, multi-functional operations teams
- Proven success as a strategic partner to a CRO or C-level executive
- Deep expertise in territory design, quota design, and sales process optimization
- Mastery of Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Must be located on US soil
