Vice President, Global Corporate Banking - Large Cap

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the business in the Netherlands by providing a broad suite of corporate banking products to Dutch clients.
• Partner with product and investment banking coverage bankers to pitch for new client relationships and expand existing business.
• Identify and lead tailored marketing of products to address specific client needs in collaboration with product partners.
• Lead credit risk and internal approval processes for all credit across loans and Markets exposure.
• Act as the first line of defense for continuous credit quality monitoring.
• Drive revenue responsibility for top-line growth while maintaining sound risk-return metrics and KPIs.
• Onboard target clients and present business and credit cases to relevant internal partners and committees.

Requirements

• Proven Corporate or Investment Banking experience within the Dutch market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, win new business, and close complex transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products including Debt Capital Markets, Payments, Credit, Financing, and Trade.
• Expertise in risk management with experience originating credit and debt capital markets transactions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial strategies effectively.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally.
