Vice President, Global Citrus

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global sustainable growth strategy for the Citrus platform to maintain long-term leadership in flavors.
• Develop the Citrus flavors portfolio in collaboration with product management, market segment leaders, and creation/design teams.
• Manage the regional P&L for the designated portfolio, ensuring alignment between commercial, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Drive capital expansion projects and M&A activities to build or acquire critical capabilities within the Citrus and wider flavors business.
• Support Sales and Commercial teams by managing strategic customer relationships and increasing customer intimacy.
• Oversee raw material essential oil positions and execute risk management strategies for key citrus oil markets.
• Contribute to the global flavors leadership team to drive business growth across North America and strategic international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Food Science.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the Citrus or Ingredients industry.
• Extensive background in commercial, operations, or product development, including scaling new products.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of driving commercial success.
• Strong understanding of citrus products, industry trends, and manufacturing considerations for food and beverage solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
