About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global benefits organization, setting functional direction, priorities, and expectations.
- Guide global benefits strategy across all regions and programs to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
- Manage enterprise-level financial management, cost sustainability, and trend mitigation.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Tax, and HR to manage fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory exposure.
- Oversee global vendor management, governance, and RFP processes to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Lead benefits considerations for M&A, divestitures, and global business expansion.
- Provide decision-ready insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in global benefits, total rewards, or a related HR function.
- Proven leadership in global benefits strategy, governance, and financial management across multiple regions.
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 company or a similarly complex multinational organization.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Risk.
- Experience with measurable governance practices for vendor management and RFP oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and developing regionally distributed leadership teams.
- Background in benefits integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, or global expansions.
- Experience working with captive operating models or centralized service delivery teams.
- Proficiency in using benefits analytics to evaluate cost trends and program effectiveness.
