Vice President, Global and US Market Access

Responsibilities

• Architect global value, pricing, and access strategy for the Nurix portfolio
• Co-lead the end-to-end US launch of the first hematology product in collaboration with a global pharmaceutical partner
• Design payer engagement strategies to secure sustainable reimbursement
• Build patient support services to remove access barriers
• Develop pricing architecture and contracting strategies
• Oversee trade and channel management including specialty pharmacy and distributors
• Develop strategic engagement plans for IDNs, academic medical centers, and high-value accounts
• Partner with HEOR and Medical Affairs to build compelling value propositions and economic models
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on market trends and policy shifts

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the pharma or biotech industry
• 5–7 years in senior market access leadership
• Deep expertise in payer strategy, pricing, contracting, trade, and patient services
• Experience navigating complex partnerships or co-commercialization arrangements with large pharmaceutical companies
• Proven ability to build and lead internal and field-based teams
• Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and Board interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hematology or oncology experience
