Vice President

Responsibilities

• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value creation levers
• Lead and manage complex transaction processes including diligence, valuation, and negotiations
• Direct Associates and Senior Associates in analyses and modeling
• Proactively identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Mexico and Latin America
• Develop and refine investment themes aligned with global sector strategies
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• 4-7 years of experience in growth equity or private equity
• Proven track record of executing private equity/growth transactions from sourcing to closing
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier program
• Foundational training in investment banking
• Experience covering Latin American investments
• Experience working closely with management teams to drive value creation
