Vice President, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Evaluate and improve financial workflows and processes to enhance productivity
• Propose and create actionable solutions for business challenges
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries
• Build effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams globally
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis and frame decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance department
• Experience within an investment bank or broker-dealer highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving and workflow optimization skills
• Ability to execute multiple tasks under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work full time in the U.S. without sponsorship
