Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and digital/social plans
• Manage brand and tactical campaigns for products and services to drive awareness and lead generation
• Oversee social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Support thought leadership campaigns and content development
• Optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes
• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research
• Create monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Propose new inbound marketing campaign ideas

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience
• Proven experience managing B2B or B2C campaigns from end-to-end
• Marketing degree or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on execution experience for in-house or agency projects
• Strong project management skills in complex environments
• Excellent written communication and marketing writing skills
• Proficiency with digital metrics and social media marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PR and thought leadership content
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising
• Experience working with digital agencies and industry partners
