Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and digital/social plans
• Manage brand and tactical campaigns to build awareness and drive customer acquisition
• Oversee social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes via email and content
• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research
• Create monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations based on KPIs
• Propose new inbound marketing campaign ideas

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience managing B2B or B2C campaigns from end-to-end
• Marketing degree, digital agency experience, or equivalent working experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on execution experience for in-house or agency projects
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for interacting with global executives
• Strong marketing writing skills, with experience in PR and thought leadership being a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Strong sense of design and aesthetics
