Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and digital/social plans
• Manage brand and tactical campaigns for products and services to drive awareness and lead acquisition
• Oversee social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Support thought leadership campaigns and content development
• Optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes
• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research
• Create monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations
• Propose new inbound marketing campaign ideas

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience managing B2B or B2C campaigns from end-to-end
• Marketing degree, digital agency experience, or equivalent working experience
• Hands-on execution experience for in-house or agency projects
• Strong project management skills in complex, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with agencies and industry partners
• Proficiency in digital metrics and new media

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising
• Strong marketing writing skills, specifically in PR and thought leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
