Vice President for Finance and Auxiliaries and Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational leader guiding the financial and administrative functions of the College
• Oversee finance, facilities, payroll, and auxiliary services
• Align institutional resources with strategic priorities to ensure long-term financial sustainability
• Modernize the College’s financial infrastructure and strengthen departmental teams
• Refine budget models, enhance forecasting capabilities, and promote data-informed decision-making
• Act as a collaborative partner to academic and administrative leaders across campus

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic leadership and financial management
• Demonstrated expertise in operational discipline and budget modeling
• Strong skills in financial forecasting and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to balance operational rigor with mission alignment
