Vice President for Advancement

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the President’s cabinet and the institution’s chief advancement officer
• Lead a comprehensive and integrated advancement enterprise to expand philanthropic support
• Guide the execution of a multi-year strategy focused on deepening alumni and constituent engagement
• Partner with the President and Board of Trustees to lead campaign strategy
• Steward major and principal gift relationships
• Cultivate new pathways for donor engagement, including corporate and foundation partnerships
• Empower and lead an energized advancement team using data-informed strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in advancement leadership
• Expertise in campaign strategy and execution
• Demonstrated success in major gift stewardship
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to execute data-informed strategies to drive institutional growth
