About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow engagement opportunities for resiliency practitioners across teams to share best practices and discuss shared topics.
- Partner with Line of Business (LOB) and Corporate Function resiliency owners to validate pain points and turn recurring feedback into practical learning solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, translating complex content into engaging, modern delivery methods for various audiences.
- Communicate with clear objectives to large audiences and provide timely, accurate reporting, including executive overview slides.
- Manage changes across frameworks, systems, and programs by partnering with related teams to drive effective implementation plans.
- Maintain program materials, intranet sites, and knowledgebases to ensure alignment with relevant systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Resiliency, Risk Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience writing and managing communications for broad or large audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with interactive tools such as Zoom and Confluence.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint.
