Vice President Finance

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior finance leader supporting the CFO in managing enterprise-wide financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and capital efficiency.
• Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights, scenario modelling, and forward-looking analysis to inform executive decision-making.
• Drive strong financial governance, internal controls, and performance management across enterprise initiatives.
• Lead finance-driven corporate development and transformation initiatives sponsored by the CFO.
• Translate strategic priorities into robust business cases with clear value creation and capital allocation considerations.
• Prepare high-quality executive materials for EMT, ECC, and other governance forums.
• Lead and coordinate global finance mobility and development programs, including line management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within a complex, global organization.
• Deep expertise in P&L and balance sheet management, capital efficiency, and funding.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, analysis, and performance management.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at EMT and Group levels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
