Vice President - Finance

Responsibilities

• Set the financial strategic direction for Saudi Arabia operations and ensure tactics meet financial goals
• Ensure company results are accurately compiled and presented monthly to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and present yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts to company and regional management
• Manage banking relationships, bank facilities, and cash management
• Coordinate annual statutory financial statements and tax returns with external auditors
• Maintain a strong internal control environment to support rapid company growth
• Develop and lead the Finance and Accounting team
• Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's strategic plan
• Partner with management to understand the financial implications of business objectives
• Manage project financial requirements from the bid stage through execution and closeout

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 20+ years of experience in increasing Finance/Accounting roles
• Proven experience within the engineering and construction industry
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to understand regulations, contracts, and business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a professional team
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• MBA degree
