Vice President, Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional fiduciary and finance leader for the Pacific Northwest region.
• Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Provide strategic financial expertise to the Regional Senior Leadership Team to identify risks and emerging trends.
• Manage general accounting functions including payables, general ledger, and payroll.
• Drive P&L and capital performance to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Ensure regional compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership for Project Management, Fleet Management, and Facilities Management functions.
• Develop and mentor finance talent, creating diverse career paths and fostering operational fluency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience.
• Proven experience in staff management and leading multi-site organizations.
• Strong expertise in capital management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong financial results within a large-scale organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or MBA designation.
• Prior experience in a Fortune 50 environment.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Public accounting experience.
