Vice President Finance & Business Support - Industrial Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and business transformation for the Industrial Business Unit
• Take full ownership of P&L and cash flow, including sharp planning, forecasting, and performance follow-up
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX, balancing short-term priorities with long-term value creation
• Ensure strong governance, control, and compliance in line with Volvo Group frameworks
• Act as a key business partner across production, R&D, service offerings, and new growth initiatives
• Lead process and operational development to strengthen finance capabilities and ways of working
• Drive people and team development within the Finance & Business Support function

Requirements

• Proven experience leading broad finance agendas, including full P&L ownership and performance management
• Strong ability to connect financial insights with operational realities and strategic choices
• Experience in business transformation, business development, or evolving market environments
• A grounded and collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
• Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex environments
• Understanding of different business models and multi-channel distribution environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP)
• Experience with the demand-to-payment process
• Passion for digitalization and continuous improvement in financial processes
