Vice President - Finance and Legal

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility into revenue forecasting, pipeline, variance, and budgeting
• Calculate SaaS KPIs including MRR growth, expansion, churn, LTV, and CAC
• Support enterprise sales with legal agreement reviews and closures in coordination with external counsel
• Build economic models to support new market expansion
• Design measures to monitor sales efficiency, targets, and compensation
• Manage P&L budgeting and planning and prepare board presentations
• Implement financial controls and processes across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields
• 13 to 18 years of experience in accounting leadership, IT consulting, investment banking, or SaaS organizations
• Advanced skills in ERP implementation and CRM maintenance
• Experience with transfer pricing, statutory audits, and GAAP/IFRS
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/analytics tools
• Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models and KPIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
