About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives through departmental strategy and KPI alignment.
  • Own the company’s mergers and acquisitions program, including pipeline management, negotiation, and integration.
  • Develop and document field and inside sales strategies focused on revenue growth, contract optimization, and product penetration.
  • Drive team performance and accountability to exceed departmental expectations linked to the company’s financial plan.
  • Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Train, coach, and provide leadership to direct reports to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for revenue, bookings, activation, and acquisitions.
  • Lead complex negotiations across multiple call points within the company and customer organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or high-value customer sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong financial acumen to guide investment and expenditure decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the foodservice or industrial gas industry.
  • Documented track record of successful recruiting and team building.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret complex customer contracts.
