About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the electronic trading Book of Work across Structured Product Group (SPG) products
- Drive the electronification of trading workflows, including pricing, inquiry handling, and execution
- Identify opportunities for automation and algorithmic support to improve scale and consistency
- Partner with Trading, Sales, and Technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Maintain awareness of market structure and execution protocols across diverse asset classes
- Ensure electronic trading initiatives align with Risk, Compliance, and Operational governance standards
- Utilize trading data and analytics to improve trading outcomes and visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of Securities Product Management experience or equivalent professional background
- Strong understanding of front-office trading workflows, including pricing and execution
- Experience with electronic trading workflows, such as RFQ-based or inquiry-driven models
- Knowledge of market structure and execution protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management or trading within structured products, fixed income, or complex markets
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large, complex Book of Work
- Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, or Operations on trading-related initiatives
- Familiarity with applying automation and algorithms in less-liquid markets
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
