Vice President, Equities Delta One Middle Office Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 8-10 professionals, providing mentorship, recruitment, and talent development.
• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Equity Swaps and P-Notes, including execution, allocation, settlements, and complex query resolution.
• Serve as the primary operational escalation point for key Prime Brokerage clients and Front Office Sales and Trading desks.
• Drive process and system enhancements to optimize the target operating model, increase scalability, and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Proactively manage operational risk by adhering to established control frameworks and leading internal/external audits.
• Compile and analyze weekly KPI, KRI, and MIS reporting for senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights into organizational health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Middle Office, Prime Brokerage Operations, or Trade Support.
• Proven managerial experience with a track record of leading and developing teams.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Cash Equity, Equity Swaps, and the complete trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills for managing high-level client relationships and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
