About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ERO Shared Services team to deliver centralized enterprise resilience capabilities, including Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience support.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of shared services, including 3rd Party & Supply Chain Assurance, client engagement, and resilience tooling/automation.
  • Define and embed performance standards, operating rhythms, and continuous improvement practices across the Shared Services function.
  • Partner with business units, technology, risk, and corporate functions to embed resilience into decision-making and daily operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to resilience initiatives, testing activities, regulatory submissions, and reporting.
  • Prepare briefings and provide strategic insights for senior leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated progression in resilience, continuity, or risk-related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or supporting Operational Resilience programs.
  • Proven experience leading resilience exercises and Crisis Management activities, including response coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Business Continuity Management lifecycle and hands-on delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Experience interpreting and supporting delivery against regulatory expectations in partnership with risk and compliance teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Continuity and/or risk-related professional certifications.
  • Experience partnering with cybersecurity and technology teams to support Cyber Resilience efforts.
  • Exposure to third-party and vendor resilience management.
