About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise account management strategy to drive revenue retention, expansion, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise account management organization
  • Establish and maintain scalable account management processes, operating rhythms, and forecasting standards
  • Drive predictable revenue retention through an efficient customer renewal engine
  • Generate incremental bookings through subscription expansion and product upsell
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to improve product adoption and footprint
  • Manage strategic, high-priority enterprise customer relationships and executive escalations
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics including renewal rates, expansion pipeline, and net revenue retention
  • Foster a high-energy, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, account management, or revenue leadership
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, PAM, or IAM solutions in the enterprise market
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue retention and expansion targets
  • Experience in people management and coaching high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS account management processes and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder customer processes and executive relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or a related field
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to FedRAMP High authorization
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
