Vice President – Employee Relations - Investigations

Responsibilities

• Investigate code of conduct matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.
• Reach Human Resource disciplinary outcomes for assigned employee conduct investigations.
• Ensure investigation reports meet high quality standards and adhere to case management timelines.
• Support leadership in implementing country-wide projects regarding conduct, governance, policy, and control.
• Partner with leadership to analyze emerging trends and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of employee relations services.
• Participate in risk and control initiatives, including assisting with regulatory responses.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of Employee Relations practices, procedures, and policies.
• Strong consulting and problem-resolution experience with the ability to influence all levels of employees.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to Legal, Compliance, and HR.
• Impeccable judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to drive results and hold self and others accountable to established standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Employment Law.
• Understanding of processes involving law enforcement and labor authorities.
