Vice President – Emiratization

Responsibilities

• Act as the custodian for Emiratization strategies, driving both organic and non-organic growth across the organization.
• Manage the implementation of the Nafis program and monitor entity progress against annual intake strategies.
• Review operational bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend solutions to meet Emiratization targets.
• Provide periodic reporting on entity performance against established plans.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to bridge gaps and ensure effective program execution.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition vertical to provide strategic insights, identify red flags, and highlight improvement areas.
• Ensure all strategies align with current Emiratization legalities and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Human Resources or Emiratization programs within a leading regional organization.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience working within the HR division of a company with 800+ employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• Professional HR-related certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
• Extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with critical third-party HR and recruiting firms.
• In-depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across all layers of the organization.
