Vice President, Direct Retail and Digital Wealth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across US and international digital wealth and direct retail channels
• Build and manage senior relationships with key digital wealth and retail investment platforms
• Drive adoption of ETFs, active funds, alternatives, and model portfolios across strategic platform partners
• Identify and execute differentiated partnership models, including revenue share, co-branded solutions, and white-label opportunities
• Position the firm as a strategic platform partner by delivering comprehensive wealth technology and capital markets solutions
• Support the development of scalable partnership frameworks and execute complex strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in ETF distribution and wealth management
• Deep expertise in digital wealth, fintech partnerships, and platform sales
• Strong understanding of online brokerage, robo-advisory, and neo-banking trends
• Ability to originate, structure, and scale strategic commercial partnerships
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
