Vice President, Direct Retail and Digital Wealth International

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DRDW International growth strategy across Europe and priority global markets
• Build and manage senior relationships with key digital wealth and retail investment platforms
• Drive adoption of ETFs, active funds, alternatives, and model portfolios across strategic platform partners
• Identify and execute differentiated partnership models, including revenue share, co-branded solutions, and white-label opportunities
• Position the firm as a strategic platform partner by delivering comprehensive wealth technology and capital markets solutions
• Support the development of scalable partnership frameworks and execute complex strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience in ETF distribution and wealth management
• Extensive experience in digital wealth and fintech partnerships
• Strong background in platform sales and retail investment ecosystems
• Deep understanding of online brokerage, robo-advisory, and neo-banking trends
• Ability to originate, structure, and scale strategic commercial partnerships
