Vice President, Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy aligned with long-term digital vision
• Build the internal SAP organization from the ground up, including a Center of Excellence (CoE) and functional leadership teams
• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation across all business units, covering design, build, testing, and data migration
• Leverage Agentic AI and SAP Joule to accelerate program delivery, process discovery, and user adoption
• Drive enterprise-wide process harmonization across core value streams such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay
• Manage global system integrators, transformation budgets, and ROI realization
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership and the Board regarding transformation progress and business impact

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformations in complex, global enterprises
• Proven track record of delivering at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Experience building and scaling SAP teams or Centers of Excellence
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial processes
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, analytics, or automation within an enterprise setting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Activate certifications
• Transformation leadership certifications
• Experience with RISE with SAP or cloud deployment models
