Responsibilities

• Define and lead Glossier’s long-term digital strategy and enterprise-wide growth priorities
• Develop a cohesive vision for customer discovery and engagement across all digital touchpoints
• Identify emerging digital commerce opportunities, technologies, and consumer behaviors
• Lead the evolution of the omnichannel customer experience strategy across Retail, Wholesale, and Digital Commerce
• Partner with Technology leadership to define the digital capability roadmap and data strategy
• Serve as executive sponsor for digital transformation initiatives
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Brand, Retail, and Finance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital leadership team

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in digital, commerce, marketing, or customer experience
• Experience within beauty, retail, consumer products, or high-growth consumer brands
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-level digital growth strategies
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or omnichannel initiatives
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Demonstrated success leading senior teams and developing leaders
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, marketplaces, and social platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
