About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale forward-deployed data and AI engineering teams that rotate across business domains to deliver high-impact, production-ready solutions.
- Own end-to-end engineering execution for data, AI, and machine learning solutions, including MLOps, LLMOps, and agentic engineering.
- Oversee the certification and operationalization of AI-ready data products, ensuring quality, lineage, and security standards are met.
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable engineering roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Establish AI-assisted engineering practices to increase development velocity and productivity.
- Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture focused on technical craftsmanship and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience leading large-scale data and AI engineering organizations within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in data engineering, machine learning engineering, and analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency in modern data and AI stacks, including data pipelines and LLM lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
