About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the global enterprise CX vision for the Health & Wellness segment, translating it into a multi-year strategic roadmap.
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience, including prospect engagement, onboarding, order-to-delivery, and ongoing support.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Implement clear escalation pathways and process improvement initiatives to resolve customer friction points.
- Partner with Sales to develop strategic account plans that identify expansion, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the global organization to build a high-performing team aligned with the CX strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer experience, account management, or commercial operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role specifically overseeing Customer Experience (CX).
- Proven success leading CX transformation within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience in the Health & Wellness, dietary supplement, nutrition, or specialty ingredients industry.
- Strong operational knowledge of end-to-end customer journeys in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience in contract manufacturing environments.
