Vice President, CRM

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap across Fox Nation and Fox News Media to drive subscriber growth and retention.
• Lead and scale a high-performing organization of CRM leaders, managers, analysts, and campaign specialists.
• Oversee the design and optimization of full-funnel lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
• Establish a robust experimentation framework using A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Data and Analytics leadership to define CRM data architecture, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
• Act as the executive owner of the Braze platform, ensuring best practices in orchestration, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Translate complex audience data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of CRM and/or lifecycle marketing experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or executive-level roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Braze or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proven success building CRM strategies within subscription-based or large-scale media businesses.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables), Adobe, and Tableau for reporting and analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and executive-level communication skills.
