Vice President, Creative & Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s creative vision and brand expression across all channels
• Develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and content channels
• Align creative strategy with growth and demand generation objectives to drive measurable pipeline
• Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to translate technical innovation into compelling market narratives
• Build and lead a high-performing in-house creative and integrated marketing team
• Manage agency relationships and production partners to ensure execution excellence

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in brand, creative, and integrated marketing roles
• Experience leading integrated campaigns in high-growth B2B technology companies
• Strong creative instincts paired with performance marketing fluency
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around unified messaging
• Experience scaling teams and managing agency ecosystems
• Executive presence and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or high-complexity technical markets
• Experience supporting IPO-stage or public-company marketing environments
• Global campaign leadership experience
