Vice President, Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Define and drive creative strategies that align with client objectives and agency goals
• Lead the development of innovative, insight-led campaigns across multiple accounts
• Oversee concept development and execution across digital, social, paid, earned, and owned channels
• Act as the primary creative point of contact for key clients and lead presentations
• Mentor and develop Art Directors and Lead Designers through ongoing coaching and feedback
• Contribute to new business pitches and identify growth opportunities for creative services

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative experience in a leadership role within an agency or in-house environment
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic, cross-channel creative thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Strong understanding of design principles for digital, social, and web channels
• Experience presenting creative concepts to senior client stakeholders
• Proven ability to mentor creative talent in fast-paced environments
• Commitment to DIBs principles and inclusive creative work
