About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and service organization for the Farm Technologies division in the USA and Mexico
- Serve as Managing Director of the U.S. legal entity, ensuring compliance with local laws and GEA governance standards
- Drive profitable growth and execute division strategy through local market insights and customer value
- Oversee the division P&L and manage key financial KPIs
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with customers and key stakeholders to maximize market access
- Develop and manage dealer networks and key customer accounts to drive cross-selling synergies
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
- Define price/margin strategies and lead complex commercial and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, service, and general management
- Proven experience in international sales and service management
- Background working within the manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Experience selling complex products and associated value-added services
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience managing complex change processes and business development
- Knowledge of legal procedures regarding restructuring, labor law, and health & safety legislation
