Vice President Country Manager Division Farm Technologies USA

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and service organization for the Farm Technologies division in the USA and Mexico
• Serve as Managing Director of the U.S. legal entity, ensuring compliance with local laws and GEA governance standards
• Drive profitable growth and execute division strategy through local market insights and customer value
• Oversee the division P&L and manage key financial KPIs
• Build and sustain senior-level relationships with customers and key stakeholders to maximize market access
• Develop and manage dealer networks and key customer accounts to drive cross-selling synergies
• Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Define price/margin strategies and lead complex commercial and contract negotiations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, service, and general management
• Proven experience in international sales and service management
• Background working within the manufacturing and engineering sectors
• Experience selling complex products and associated value-added services
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience managing complex change processes and business development
• Knowledge of legal procedures regarding restructuring, labor law, and health & safety legislation
