Vice President, Copy

Responsibilities

• Oversee creative direction of all copy, messaging, and content strategy across the agency’s digital practice
• Lead development of verbal identities, brand messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice guidelines
• Serve as primary creative lead on major agency pitches to C-suite stakeholders
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of copywriters and content strategists
• Partner cross-functionally with design, motion, and digital strategy leadership
• Shape and elevate the agency's own brand voice through marketing and public-facing content

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional copywriting and creative strategy experience
• 4+ years in a dedicated leadership role managing creative teams in an agency environment
• World-class portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign thinking and brand messaging frameworks
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO strategy, and social platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Experience with emerging technologies like generative AI tools
• Proven ability to lead B2B/Tech campaigns and simplify complex narratives
