Vice President, Consumer Services and Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global strategy and execution for Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) to drive profitable growth and recurring revenue.
• Drive the development of next-generation AI-powered digital solutions and evolve subscription-based business models.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the HP app to deliver a seamless, personalized "OneHP" experience.
• Manage a global organization encompassing product management, customer success, service delivery, operations, and program management.
• Partner across hardware, software, and firmware teams to deliver a differentiated product roadmap.
• Build and develop high-performing, inclusive teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer services, digital platforms, subscriptions, or software-enabled businesses.
• Proven success leading large, global teams and complex portfolios at the VP or equivalent senior leadership level.
• Demonstrated experience scaling subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience delivering digital and platform-led consumer experiences.
• Track record of driving transformation and growth within complex, matrixed organizations.
