Vice President, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Build a compliance program consistent with industry standards, including policies, training, auditing, and risk assessment
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to reinforce a strong culture of integrity
• Drive the Company’s Compliance Committee and reporting to the Board and Audit Committee
• Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial and medical functions for launch activities
• Build compliance operations including transparency reporting, fair market value, and third-party due diligence
• Conduct compliance investigations and implement corrective actions
• Develop and lead the Company's compliance training and communications strategy
• Partner with the Deputy General Counsel to evolve the Enterprise Risk Management program
• Mentor a high-performing compliance organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 12 years of healthcare compliance experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
• Experience designing and implementing healthcare compliance programs
• Ability to travel approximately 15-20% of the time
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Masters degree
• Compliance Certification (CCEP)
• Experience supporting U.S. pharmaceutical product launches
