Vice President - Commercials (Loyalty Programme)

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, financial performance, and monetization of the Darna loyalty programme to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Establish scalable pricing, funding, and monetization models that balance member attractiveness with financial sustainability.
• Develop, validate, and evaluate business cases for new propositions, partnerships, and programme expansions.
• Own the commercial performance of the Darna programme, tracking revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Secure and manage high-value partnerships across industries such as banking, airlines, telcos, and e-commerce.
• Define financial assumptions, ROI models, and funding frameworks for all commercial initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue management, or monetization roles.
• Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience leading commercial or financial teams.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, ROI analysis, and business case development.
• Strong skills in negotiating complex partnerships and revenue-sharing agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within loyalty programmes, banking, payments, retail ecosystems, or hospitality.
• Background in managing large-scale consumer business ecosystems.
