Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners for co-investment opportunities in infrastructure, debt, and private-market assets
• Source, develop, and manage relationships with limited and general partners across Canada, the US, and globally
• Identify, originate, and pitch co-investment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners, and family offices
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to client investment committees
• Set the strategic direction and implement the strategic plan for the co-investment business unit
• Direct team due diligence efforts, including commercial, legal, tax, and financial aspects
• Liaise with the broader team for cross-group opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing
• Proven ability to develop and build strong client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely
• Demonstrated leadership experience in previous professional roles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
