Vice President, Cluster Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Teva Operations Strategy for the EU & International cluster.
• Drive business strategy and operational excellence across multiple sites to achieve financial and business goals.
• Manage the interface between Operations, Markets, and supply chain systems.
• Secure appropriate infrastructure, processes, and systems to support all cluster operations.
• Facilitate and implement best practices and state-of-the-art technologies across all sites.
• Manage capital expenditures and investments in new or existing operations systems.
• Provide leadership to sustain a customer-focused, team-based organization.
• Coach and develop leadership, teamwork, and organizational capabilities at all levels.
• Ensure the development of succession plans for key operations positions.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Science, Management, or a related field (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in a significant management capacity.
• Expert-level knowledge of OPEX behaviors, principles, and tools.
• Demonstrated track record of transformational change leadership.
• Experience working in a complex, global environment.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across diverse constituencies.
