Vice President, Clinical Development-Neuroscience

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the neuroscience clinical development portfolio from early to late-stage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with discovery research, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and clinical operations
• Drive the preparation and management of regulatory filings including BLA/NDA and MAA
• Analyze and communicate clinical data to guide development strategy
• Establish strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders
• Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources
• Present clinical progress and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in clinical development timelines and regulatory pathways

Requirements

• MD or MD/PhD with board certification in Neurology, Neuroscience, or a related field
• 15-20 years of experience in clinical development with a focus on CNS indications
• Proven leadership in designing and executing clinical trials from early to late-stage
• Senior or executive level leadership experience in biotech or pharma
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)
• Experience in Health Authority meetings and writing briefing books
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory submissions and clinical trial oversight in biotech/pharma
• Familiarity with emerging trends and therapeutic modalities in neurology
