Vice President, Client Welcome Group Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and guide Licensed Professionals to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new wealth management clients
• Manage the initial 120-day client relationship period to ensure service needs are met and clients are familiar with relevant products and platforms
• Oversee inbound and outbound client communications to strengthen relationships and introduce potential clients to advisors
• Recruit, source, and attract high-quality internal and external talent to the Client Development team
• Implement talent and performance strategies, including call monitoring reviews to ensure quality and compliance
• Foster a culture of risk management, control, and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Requirements

• Valid and active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (including SIE if registered after October 1, 2018)
• FINRA Series 9/10 license or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire
• Proven experience in leadership and people development with a track record of coaching high-performing teams
• Strong investment services and product acumen with a keen interest in financial markets
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and build professional networks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Business Development
