Vice President, Client Welcome Group Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and guide Licensed Professionals to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients during their first 120 days.
• Manage inbound and outbound client communications to fulfill service needs and introduce clients to appropriate advisors.
• Identify opportunities to attract, recruit, and develop Client Development Professionals.
• Implement talent and performance strategies, including call monitoring reviews to ensure high-quality interactions.
• Foster a culture of risk management, control, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Valid and active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (including SIE if registered after October 1, 2018).
• FINRA Series 9/10 license or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of employment.
• Proven experience in leadership and people development with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong investment services and product acumen with a keen interest in financial markets.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and source talent through professional networks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Business Development.
