Vice President, Capital Infrastructure Delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a large-scale capital program
• Oversee a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects to ensure safe and on-schedule delivery
• Develop and maintain forward-looking capital plans based on asset condition and demand
• Drive consistency in project management standards, tools, and reporting
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Implement robust governance frameworks and mitigate risks across the capital portfolio
• Leverage digital tools like BIM and analytics to enhance delivery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in capital infrastructure delivery or program management
• Proven leadership of large, complex capital programs exceeding $500M
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Ability to establish residency in Philadelphia within 6 months
• Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA and STA security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Registered Architect (AIA)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
