Vice President, Business Transformation, Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze problem statements to translate them into tangible business solutions
• Develop detailed target state operating models and implementation roadmaps for business changes
• Own end-to-end implementation projects, including assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation
• Leverage understanding of wealth management processes across front, middle, and back offices
• Influence cross-functional, diverse environments to drive change and challenge the status quo
• Create and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership and C-suite executives
• Develop and train junior members of the Business Transformation Office team

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management or operational consulting
• Proven experience in process improvement, including mapping and assessment
• Demonstrated track record of driving large-scale, complex projects from design through execution
• High proficiency in leading program workstreams and cross-functional groups within a matrix organization
• Familiarity with end-to-end bank infrastructure, including technology, operations, and controls
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Prior program management experience specifically within Wealth Management
