Vice President, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise operating playbooks and standardized business processes
• Build KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and business reporting to improve decision-making
• Establish operating rhythms including weekly business reviews, QBRs, and governance mechanisms
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology
• Develop change management strategies to drive sustainable adoption of new processes
• Partner with HR to strengthen performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years leading business operations, operational excellence, process transformation, or PMO
• Experience building operating models and governance frameworks in large multi-site organizations
• Proven track record of creating playbooks and KPI frameworks from the ground up
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation in large, distributed organizations (5,000+ employees)
• Background in field-based operations (e.g., security, facilities, logistics) preferred
• High business IQ with the ability to connect operations to financial outcomes
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
