Vice President, Business Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business operations and manage a portfolio of $10MM-$15MM in revenue and profit
• Develop strong relationships with senior client executives to align vision and objectives
• Implement business strategies to grow client brands using core agency products
• Drive incremental revenue growth and manage top and bottom line budgets
• Monitor financial health and business efficiency of the client portfolio
• Guide teams on large strategic projects and annual planning

Requirements

• Proven track record managing a $10-15MM revenue portfolio
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across social, digital, and traditional media
• Experience leading new business pitches
• Experience running paid campaigns across media platforms with a focus on social
• Knowledge of industry measurement tools like Nielsen, Comscore, or MMM
• Strong production knowledge across various formats
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
• Mastery of presentation and spreadsheet software
