About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic Territory Business Plan to drive revenue growth for PAQ Agency, Consultancy/HEOR, and proprietary products
  • Build and maintain senior executive-level relationships within the life sciences sector
  • Manage the full client sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to SOW finalization and implementation transition
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and practice areas to advance go-to-market motions
  • Promote capabilities through lead generation activities including conferences, trade shows, and webinars
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
  • Travel up to 50% to meet client needs and attend industry events

Requirements

  • BS in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences sales and marketing or professional services selling to life science companies
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business results
  • Expertise in consultative, insight-focused, account-based selling
  • Comprehensive understanding of life science customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MS in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
