About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and C-suite engagement to commercial negotiation and contract close
- Develop and execute a regional GTM strategy targeting banks and licensed financial institutions across North Africa
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to support revenue targets for NymCard's full-stack platform
- Establish and deepen executive relationships with decision-makers in retail banking, digital banking, and payments
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Delivery teams to shape commercially viable solutions for complex institutional clients
- Represent NymCard at regional industry events, central bank forums, and banking associations
- Provide structured market intelligence on regulatory shifts and competitor activity
- Manage CRM hygiene, including pipeline transparency, forecasting, and reporting to the Chief Business Officer
Requirements
- 10-15 years of enterprise B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with banks or financial institutions in North Africa
- Deep existing network across the banking ecosystem in target North African markets
- Strong command of payments value chains, including card schemes, issuer processing, and core banking integrations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English; French is a strong advantage
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience operating as a regional lead in a high-growth, lean environment
- Commercial fluency in complex pricing models, MSAs, and deal structuring
